How to Attract Your Dream Partner and Relationship
If you're anything like me, you've been dreaming up your perfect partner and relationship your entire life.
You have every detail of your proposal, wedding, and honeymoon planned out, with married life being the end goal. Everywhere you go, you think to yourself, "maybe I'll find my soulmate here," and try to act indifferent and natural simultaneously. Then you envision the most attractive person in the world coming up to you and asking you out. Sound familiar?
Almost everyone in the world is in search of love. And in the off chance you aren't (or you're already in your dream relationship), just send this to someone who is (:
I believe that most of the things we have in our lives are manifested through the law of attraction. I say most because some things are just destined for us that happen no matter how much we want or don't want it.
The law of attraction is a spiritual law that states that like attracts like. You attract into your life things that are similar to you. The catch is that you can be a "match" for something you don't consciously desire. This stems from subconscious desires that you might not even know are buried deep in there.
Okay, how do you attract your dream partner into your life? Well, you can do this spiritually and physically.
I recommend doing the spiritual exercises first to ground yourself and find clarity, and then the physical exercises. Manifestation and attraction are planted in the spiritual, and the seeds grow in the physical.
So let's start getting spiritual ✨
Spiritual Exercises to Attract Your Dream Partner
Like I said before, I recommend doing the spiritual exercises first because they will help you get clear on what you truly desire in a partner.
1. Dream (Relationship) List
This exercise is super simple, but I want you to be extra thorough. I want you to make a list of EVERYTHING you desire in a partner and relationship. Don't leave anything out. I don't care if it's big or small, realistic or unrealistic, physical or nonphysical.
This exercise aims to figure out exactly what you desire in a relationship. What do you want your partner to be like, how do they handle emotions, what job do they have, do they want a family?
Most people get caught up in what they don't want in a relationship. This could be because they were hurt in the past or saw people around them get hurt, and the hurt stays in the forefront of their minds. But what you focus on expands, so that means that your dominant thoughts are on what you don't want in a partner, so all you're seeing are people who you would never want to be with because they act in ways that could potentially hurt you again.
I want you to focus on what you do want. What do you desire in your dream romantic relationship? The more you have on your list, the better because you are coming up with things you want rather than what you don't want.
2. Non-Negotiables
Okay, so you've already made a list of everything you desire in your dream partner…now I want you to write a list of 10 non-negotiables.
What are 10 things that you absolutely need to have in a partner? Is it a good sense of humor? Loyalty? The desire to start a family? If you're going on dates, what are your deal breakers? Whatever it is you need, write it down.
Now the really fun part (hehe)!
I want you to go through the list you just made of non-negotiables and ask yourself if you possess all the traits you wrote down.
It can be triggering to hear this, but it's crucial when manifesting and attracting your dream partner.
To attract your dream partner, you first need to be your dream partner.
You can't expect someone to have this long list of qualities, characteristics, and goals if you don't have them yourself; that would be completely unfair.
Imagine someone saying, "I NEED my partner to be a millionaire business owner with the perfect body and constant motivation to go after his/her dreams." That's a lot to expect from someone, especially if the person desiring this doesn't even have them.
It's okay if you also desire these things for yourself, as long as you are actively doing the things and being the person you want in a partner. It's a different story if you had a list of unattainable expectations and you had no intention of going after it yourself.
3. The Perfect Day
This is a fun exercise you can do in your journal or through visualization. What would the perfect day with your partner look like? Where are you living? What are you eating? Where are you going? What are you wearing?
The more specific it is, the better. Getting specific about the perfect day isn't about trying to manifest how and when you'll meet your person or what your timeline will look like. Instead, it's about getting into the feeling of being with your dream partner.
Manifestation is all about vibration and feeling. The more you can feel into what it would be like to spend time in your relationship, you are calling it vibrationally - in the spiritual.

The "work" you do in the spiritual brings forth the physical manifestation. So the more you can feel into your relationship, the more aligned you are with it. And the more aligned you are with your desires, the faster they come in!
But I also don't want to discount divine timing. Everything happens at the right time and right moment. If you desire a relationship, you'll get a relationship. It might not always come when you want or during your timeline, but it will. Some things can't be rushed.
Physical Exercises to Attract Your Dream Partner
Now let's talk about a couple of things you can do in the physical to bring in a relationship.
1. Put Yourself Out There
Now, this may be kind of obvious, but it needs to be said. If you desire a relationship, it won't fall into your lap. Maybe it will, but for most people, it doesn't. How can you put yourself out there?
Go on dates, download dating apps, say yes to going out more, have a vibrant social life, join clubs, volunteer, and work in coffee shops! There is so much you can do.
Manifesting requires you to put in action because we're still humans, and we live in a 3D reality that is physical. So your action could be as simple as doing your work at a local coffee shop instead of at home by yourself or volunteering a couple hours of your weekend.
Hang out in places where your future partner would be. Would they be in clubs and bars, or would they be at museums and bookstores? This is why it's SO important to be your dream partner first because you already know what they would and wouldn't do. And it doesn't seem like something out of your comfort zone because you're simply doing what you love!
2. Look Good, Feel Good
I am fully aware that the person you'll be with will love you unconditionally for who you are. But I want you to ask yourself, when do you feel the most confident?
If you feel confident dressed down, do that. If you feel confident dressed up, do that.
You'll feel much better when you put effort into how you look. That's why people tell you to get ready every morning even if you aren't going out anywhere because the process of getting ready and putting on an outfit you love and doing your hair and makeup will boost your confidence and productivity because it makes you feel good.
Do what makes you feel confident because people can feel that energy; it's incredibly magnetizing!
Attracting your dream partner shouldn't be stressful - it's easy and fun!
I know when you're in the thick of it, it can be so frustrating because you look around and see everyone in a relationship, and you're wondering when it'll be your time. Everything happens at the right time for the right reason. Sometimes you'll know the reason, and sometimes you won't.
My advice to you is to enjoy your life now. Even though being in a relationship is your goal, look at what you have now that makes you happy. Learn to love being on your own so much. This is the time to strengthen that relationship between you and You. Find out what you like and nurture that relationship because that's THE most relationship you'll ever have.
