5 Manifestation Methods You Need to Make Your Dreams A Reality

Don't be fooled by all the manifestation TikToks you see. Using the law of attraction and manifesting is not just about the 3-6-9 method or hoping that a miracle will fall into your lap - although who am I to say that would never happen? We live in a crazy universe, my friend.

I say that manifestation is more than just doing a few things here and there and hoping things will change. It's about finding clarity in what you desire, embodying that version of you, and letting it go to the Universe. It's also about getting your mindset on a path that complements your future self.

What are you thinking most of the time? What do you believe is possible for you? What are some obstacles, physical or internal, that are holding you back?

These are the kinds of questions to ask yourself to align your mindset with your desires.

Although mindset and faith are essential to manifesting, your chosen methods are crucial to seeing results!

Of course, everyone is different, and we all prefer other methods because we all have our go-to methods. But if you don't know where to start and need help, that's exactly what I'm going to give you!

I'm going to give you 5 manifestation methods you can use to begin making your dreams a reality. And the best part is, they are all super fun, so let's get started!

5 Manifestation Methods You Can Start Using Today! 

1. Journal 

Maybe it's just me, but you've probably heard about journaling from everyone and their mother! The great thing about journaling is that you can make it whatever you want. 

Some people write about how their feeling, some people write about anything they want to get off their chest if they don't want to talk about it with other people, and some people use it manifest ✨

I want to show you a couple of manifestation journaling methods!

Scripting (Light Work)

Scripting is the way to "manifest" while journaling. All it is is writing about what you want to manifest as if it's already happened. So if you're manifesting a new apartment, you would write from the perspective of knowing which apartment you're moving into, what it looks like, how you feel the day of the move, what you're wearing, what you're thinking, and so on. 

This gets you in the vibration of the version of you that's making a move. Manifesting is about matching the energy of the thing you want, so if you want to move into a new apartment or home, the best and easiest way to do that is by feeling it now! 

Limiting Beliefs and Releasing (Shadow Work)

On the flip side of scripting and light work is shadow work. Shadow work is all about uncovering limiting beliefs, traumas, wounds, and triggers to bring them to the surface to release. Equal parts are getting into a good vibration and facing wounds when it comes to manifesting. 

When subconscious blocks and old traumas tell you that you can't have what you want because of something that happened in the past, it'll get in the way of your manifestations. This old programming subtly tells you that you aren't good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, or worthy enough to have all you want. And when you do shadow work, you uncover why you feel that way about yourself, and you get to release it.

2. Vision Board 

A vision board can be physical or digital, basically a hub for everything you desire. You can make it online on platforms like Canva or make a physical one by cutting out pictures and pasting them to a poster board. 

The purpose of a vision board is to create a piece of work that displays pictures of your desires. When choosing the pictures you want on your vision board, make sure they speak to your soul! Looking at this picture, you need to feel bliss, happiness, and gratitude because the more you feel, the quicker a manifestation can come through. 

Feelings are how you communicate with the Universe. So choose pictures that make you feel good and choose pictures that are 100% out of your comfort zone. The bigger, the better. If you are currently in a position where making $50,000 seems so out of reach, write a check for $70,000 and put it smack dab in the middle of your vision board and put your board in a place you'll look at every day. (If you have a digital vision board, you can make it your phone and computer wallpaper!) 

3. Visualization 

When you visualize, you are playing "mental movies" of things you want to happen that haven't happened yet. You can do visualizations any time of the day, but I like to do them first thing in the morning with my coffee and my high-vibe frequency music. 

When you visualize, the key is to, once again, get into the feeling. The brain doesn't know the difference between what's real and imagined, which means that visualizing and imagining is your biggest asset when it comes to manifesting your dream life. When you feel into what you desire, you're getting on that frequency of the thing you want. According to the law of attraction, like attracts like, which means you will naturally attract things, opportunities, and people on that same frequency. 

Never discount the power of visualization. 

4. Subliminals/Affirmations at Night 

Besides making a vision board and scripting, listening to subliminals and affirmations at night is the easiest way to manifest. And the reason is that your brain goes through different brainwave states throughout the day. In the morning and night before sleep, your brain is in the alpha brainwave state, which means you are aware but still in that daydreamy phase. 

This means your subconscious mind is more open to suggestions because your conscious mind is not blocking them. Your subconscious is still awake when you're asleep, so it hears everything. When you listen to affirmations at night or subliminals, your brain picks up on these affirmations even when you sleep.

When you're awake and tell yourself, "I am a millionaire, and everything I desire will come to me," some blocks may come up because of your programming. But if you listen to that same affirmation when you're asleep, nothing is blocking it and telling you it's not true. 

My favorite is this 8-hour money meditation you play when you sleep! 

5. Go-To Meditation 

Meditating is the best way to quiet the mind and hear what your soul is trying to tell you. We go throughout the day with so many thoughts and stimuli that it's hard to listen to what your higher self is telling you. Sometimes it can come through as gut feelings or creative downloads, but meditating is the best way to directly hear what it's telling you. 

Meditation doesn't have to be boring. It can be pretty fun, actually. The way you perceive mediating is how it's going to be. Suppose you don't know what to do yourself. In that case, there are thousands of guided meditations you can listen to on YouTube that are specific to certain issues. Maybe you want to do a chakra balancing meditation or an energy cleansing meditation, whatever you want, it's out there.

Or you can simply quiet your body and mind from all the noise and go within and ask yourself what your higher self wants you to hear, and your higher self will let you know, always. It's mostly about strengthening that connection between you and your soul. This helps with manifesting because your soul will tell you exactly what you need to do or what your next steps should be, so you cut out all the excess "Should I? Should I not?" and just do it! It really can be that simple.

Manifestation is all about energy and feelings. 

Using these 5 manifestation methods will surely raise your vibration! The key to manifesting is to match the frequency (in this case, thoughts, and feelings) you would have if you already had your desires. 

You can add any of these 5 methods to your daily routines, whether in the morning or at night and make it fun. This is all fun and imaginative and flowy - now you're speaking the language of the Universe! 🤗
