Angel Numbers Explained: What They Mean And Why You See Them EVERYWHERE

Are you seeing numbers like 222, 11:11, and 444 everywhere you go?! Let me tell you, my friend, this is NOT a coincidence. You are seeing angel numbers. 

Angel numbers are any repeating number sequences that you see. Sometimes it can look like 444 or 4:44, or even 4044. Any repeated numbers you see OR any number you often see, like 927 or 356, means something. It’s said that when you see these numbers, your guardian angels or the Universe is trying to communicate with you. 

Spiritual beings and the Universe cannot talk to you like you speak to a friend, so they speak to you through whatever means they can. And one easy way is through numbers. 

Numbers can reveal a lot about what is going on in your life, in your subconscious, and in your general vibration. Everything in this world vibrates at a certain frequency - frequencies are how we communicate, understand, and feel each other. Numbers vibrate on their own frequency as well, which means they represent and signify something as well. Numbers have a general meaning, but what happens when you see them is what makes angel numbers special. 

When you see an angel number, it can be helpful to take a mental note (or even better, write it down on your phone) of what you were doing and thinking when you saw it. This can reveal so much more about what the Universe is trying to tell you than give it a generic meaning (the meaning typically given to a number, as seen below). The message can seem more cryptic and unimportant when you give it a generic meaning. So, understanding when and why you’re seeing these numbers is crucial to understanding what these numbers mean to you.

What Common Angel Number Means 

000

This angel number represents completion, which could be regarding a relationship, job, situation, state of being, etc. This number is neither good nor bad because, in reality, nothing is good or bad, only our perception of it. And this is exactly how the Universe sees it as well. So if you see this number, it might be right before or after something has come full circle or close in your life. 

111

This number signifies manifestation. Seeing it could mean that your manifestations are on their way or that your current vibration is being manifested. Sometimes, angel numbers are warnings too. Suppose you’re in the middle of an angry fit, and you see 111 or 11:11. In that case, it could be the Universe telling you that your uncomfortable feelings of anger are being manifested. This is why you need to notice what’s happening in your mind when you see these numbers. 

222

This number is about trust and balance. It could mean that you are aligned with your relationships and have a good balance with opposing factors like work/rest, social/alone, and health/indulgence. It could also signify that you need to make room for balance by setting boundaries or opening yourself up to new habits and opportunities. 

333

This angel number signifies support and creativity. If you’re going through a rough patch in your life and you see this number, it’s a sign that the Universe is on your side through it all. Everything you’re going through is for a reason, and you are supported in every step. This number also represents creativity, so if you’re currently pursuing a creative pursuit and see 333, you are supported in your endeavors. 

444

This number (my favorite number!) is all about spiritual protection. Remember to feel gratitude for the current moment when you see this number because you are protected by the Universe and all spiritual beings around you. You are protected on your life path, your thoughts, and all the decisions that you make. You will always have guidance, help, and protection from the Universe. 

555

This number signifies change. It could mean that you are supported in any change you’ve made or that some changes are coming. This is nothing to be afraid of - I know as someone who is deeply afraid of change that not all difference is bad and not all change is drastic. These changes could be as big as a relationship and as small as taking a different route to work. These big changes could also signify quantum leaps meaning you’re elevating to an entirely different version of yourself, which you’re most likely working towards. 

666

This angel number is about reflection and focus. Although this number has a bad reputation, it isn’t all that bad. When you see this number, consider if there’s anything that’s been on your mind that you need to go deeper with. Is there something that you need to focus on to heal? Is your mind all over the place, making it difficult for you to focus on what you really desire? These are just a few things to consider when you see this number.

777

This is a number that many are familiar with as luck, and that’s precisely what it means. It can also mean the Universe is telling you congratulations. Clearly, you’re doing something right, and the Universe wants to ensure you know. So stay open-minded and excited about new things entering your life after seeing this number.  

888

This number signifies infinite abundance. The number 8 looks like the infinity sign, meaning that you are always abundant and always have been. It could also mean that you are financially abundant or that a large sum of money is on its way to you. If you’ve been struggling with your money mindset and see this number, take it as a sign that you are abundant in more ways than one. 

999

This angel number signifies reflection. It’s the last single digit number; therefore, it means that you’ve come to an end and need to reflect. Or, it could mean that you need to reflect on something that you’ve been putting off reflecting with (cough cough) some shadow work, perhaps? Whether something is coming to an end physically or emotionally, this number is a good sign to take some time for yourself and go within.

Well, there you have it, a crash course on angel numbers. I know it can be confusing and even intimidating if you see numbers all the time, but you don’t know what they mean. These numbers have basic meanings, but the true meaning of an angel number comes from your interpretation of it based on your life circumstances and what is going on internally.
