The 4-Step Manifestation Guide to Understanding Your Co-Creative Powers

Have you ever thought of someone and they text you the next day? Or have a friend bring up something you were just thinking about? Or hear a song on the radio that relates way too much to your current situation? 

These aren’t coincidences. 

Those “way too real to be true” situations didn’t just happen to happen. They were created by you.

Now I know you’re probably thinking, “No way, those were just coincidences. I just happened to think about a friend that I haven’t talked to in years, and they just happened to text me…”

LOL no. You manifested that. 

I know, I know, “manifestation” is a big buzzword right now, but I promise you it’s more real than the words you’re reading on this screen right now. 

So let me give you a quick guide to manifesting that’ll help you understand your true powers as a co-creator! 

What is manifestation? 

Manifestation is the process of attracting the things you desire from your thoughts into your reality. 

Let me give you the grocery store example. 

Say you want to make some mac and cheese for dinner and realize you don’t have pasta in your pantry. What do you do? You go to the grocery store to buy some pasta. 

Now, let’s breakdown how this is manifesting. You decided that you wanted mac and cheese. Then you physically went to the grocery store, and now you can make and eat the mac and cheese you desired. 

It’s that simple. 

Creating something in your mind and bringing it into your physical reality. 

Now let’s talk about what manifesting is not. 

It’s not wishful thinking. It’s not sitting on your couch and waiting for $100,000 to fall into your lap. It’s not #positivevibes every second of the day.

It is none of those things. It’s simply using your magical powers as a human being. 

Magical powers??? Yes, you have powers. As a co-creator of your life, you can manifest anything you want into your life. And I’m going to tell you exactly why and how you are a co-creator. 

Manifestation kinda stems from this little thing called the Law of Attraction or LOA. 

The LOA states that like attract like. That’s why when you’re in a good mood, everything seems to be going right. Strangers are smiling at you. Dogs come up to you ask to be pet. You get a free caramel latte at Starbucks. 

I’m sure you’ve heard about it. It’s been talked about on almost every social media platform you can think of. 

Yes, you attract what you put out. This means you are always attracting things into your life - this also includes the stuff you don’t want. 

But how? You didn't ask for the things you don’t want, so why are you manifesting them?

The Law of Vibration, that’s why. 

So everything in the Universe has a vibration and is vibrating at a specific frequency. This includes your thoughts and emotions. 

Positive thoughts/emotions = higher vibrations 

Your vibration attracts similar vibrations. That’s why when you walked into Starbucks in the happiest mood, smiling, and enjoying life, you manifested that free latte! 

So now that you have a little understanding of the Laws and manifestation, I’m going to tell you a simple process that’ll help you get started on your manifestation journey. 

The manifestation process:

I don’t even like calling this a process because it’s not something you do with step-by-step instructions. Everyone has their own personal ways of manifesting that work for them. 

I’ve realized that everyone has different steps, but they all have the same general ideas. 

I just want to give you a way to dip your toes into the world of manifestation. So here are the main ideas you need to remember when consciously manifesting: 

Step 1) Specify what you want.

This sounds like the easiest thing you could do, but you’d be surprised how difficult it can sometimes be.

You have to be super specific about what you want. 

How much money? What make/model of the car? What position at what company? 

Be as specific as possible. 

Step 2) Embody the version of you who already has what you want. 

Do this: make a list of all things you would do, say, wear, eat, and think if you already had your manifestation. Take 2-3 of the easiest/smallest/most accessible things on your list and do it. 

This signals to the Universe that you’re not messing around and you’re willing to take action. 

Step 3) Let it go and leave it to the Universe. 

Let it go as in forget about it?? Kinda…

So let’s say you’re manifesting a relationship. 

Is the version of you in a relationship always thinking about being in a relationship? Is that version of you thinking about the other person 24/7? Is that version of you still wondering where the other person is? 

Probably not. 

You’re bombarding the Universe with all of these “when?” “how?” and “where?” questions that the Universe barely has any room to breathe. 

You have to let go of knowing exactly how your manifestations will come because you have no way of predicting that. No one does. 

You have no control over how something will happen, so let the Universe handle the hard stuff while you just enjoy life. 

Step 4) Take inspired action. 

Manifestation isn’t about wishing things into existence. You have to meet the Universe halfway, and how do you do that? 

Inspired action. 

There needs to be some sort of action to get the ball rolling. To get your feet off the ground. To show the Universe, you’re serious about what you want. 

Inspired action could look big or small, depending on what you want. 

My advice is to do what your intuition tells you. Or what you’re inspired to do. Hence the name. 

But...you could also do the next logical thing. If you want to get accepted into a certain college, the next logical step is to begin the application process. 

Do what feels right to you, but just take action. 

Remember: intention + action + faith = manifestation 

So here are the key takeaways I want you to remember when manifesting, or better yet, the keys to manifestation: 

Key #1 Be a vibrational match to what you want. 

This is the embodiment step we talked about. You have to act like you already have what you want. When you act as if, it puts you at the same vibration as the version of you who already has what you want. 

Key #2 Take inspired action. 

There has to be some kind of action on your end. It’s the only way. Even if it’s as little as deciding to research the best Airbnb’s in Honolulu so that you have the most amazing place to stay on your vacation. Just take action. 

Key #3 Have faith. 

You are manifesting every second of the day. There’s no way your manifestation won’t make its way to you. You have to have faith in yourself, knowing you deserve everything you want and have faith that the Universe wants to see you thrive.

You are a powerful co-creator with the Universe, and there’s no reason you can’t have exactly what you want. 

Play around with it. Have fun. We’re here to have a good time. You’ll find a “process” that’ll feel natural to you.
